Just rotated the pork butt and lightly mopped it. Six hours into the smoke and it looks gorgeous. About three more to go until we eat it. [#] Looking forward to the NFC Championship. It’ll be good to see the Saints smack the Vikings around. [#] Bwahahaha "Current Reigning American Idol" Wow, I had no idea they they reigned in addition to adding to the crap we call pop music. [#] Pork pulled from the smoker. I gave it an extra hour (just over 10 total) and can’t wait to dig in once it’s rested for a bit. [#] What a game. C’mon Saints! [#] SAINTS! [#]
