Sqetch – An Illustrator Wireframing Toolkit
While I've made my opinions of sketchy wireframes very clear, I have to say that Sqetch provides a gorgeous bridge between hand-drawn wireframes and their computer-created counterparts.
The components have a high visual fidelity, while conveying the incompleteness that many designers seek when they use "sketchy" wireframing tools and templates.
The toolkit provides all of the expected GUI elements that most designers would need, including those for the iPad and smart phones.

User Interface Design Framework
A large set of resources for those who use Illustrator for wireframes. It includes 290 free vectors icons and 200 graphic styles, all free to use. This looks very useful indeed.
MagicTracer Upgrade
Sywan, one of the two folks working on MagicTracer just dropped me a note that they have a new version out. It looks like a great tool, made even better with this 1.5 release. Coincidentally, Sarah and I were talking the other day about the availability of software that will take a raster image and automagically convert it to vector/paths for Illustrator. Sadly it isn’t available on OS X, so neither of us will be able to use it. Sigh.
It still looks neat though.
